DIVERSITY INCLUSION AND BELONGING
We are far from perfect, but we are committed to putting in the work required to be better daily. In 2020, EBC leadership took notice of what was happening around us and doubled down on our commitment to DI&B. Leadership established a dedicated DI&B council of team members to advise the Club on creating a more inclusive environment.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Chicago is our home, and we take our role in giving back to the community seriously. Throughout the year, we are fortunate to partner with community organizations dedicated to making Chicago a better place for the community.
TEAM MEMBER EVENTS
It's not all work at EBC! Our team members are the magic sauce that makes EBC the best in the industry. We celebrate our successes with events big and small, even closing the Club early to kick back with our EBC family on the Sun Deck!
